Editorial policy

How we decide what we publish.

How SectraTEK content is reviewed, how figures are dated, how we correct errors and how we handle disclosure.

Review

Checked before it is published.

Every statement has a record

Every statement of fact on this website is checked against a written record of its evidence before it is published, and checked again on a schedule.

Figures carry their date

Every count of SectraTEK Intelligence that we publish carries the date it was measured.

What we publish

Topics and outcomes.

Threat briefs, papers and release notes

Threat briefs and release notes describe topics and outcomes, not method.

Screenshots and samples

Every picture of the application on the website is a screenshot of the running application on a demonstration case on a test device, captioned Demonstration case. None is a customer result.

We publish a customer name, logo or result only with the customer’s written permission.

Corrections

If we get something wrong.

When we correct an error, we correct the page and give the date of the correction.

Found something that looks wrong? Write to us and tell us the page and the sentence. For a security issue, see vulnerability disclosure.
